designbroman products are sent via DHL and Postnord.
Delivery time for products we have in stock is 3-5 working days.
For products that are temporarily out of stock, you can send an email to email@example.com and we will get back to you when the item is back in stock.
Deliveries within Sweden - 49 SEK, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Europe 10€
Working days are Monday to Friday, and not holidays.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These general terms and conditions of sale set out below shall apply to designbroman products at www.designbroman.com and deliveries to and from the customer. Customers should carefully read the terms of sale before ordering any products from this site. By ordering any of designbroman products, the customer agrees to the terms of sale. The customer should print a copy of the terms of sale for future reference.
The terms of sale apply from today and until it is replaced or changed.
“Customer” means the ordering of products on the Website.
"Delivery" means when the products are delivered to the customer.
"Right of withdrawal" means the right to cancel the order within fourteen (14) days from the date the customer received the Product in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Home Sales Act.
“designbroman” (Broman & Co AB) (reg. No. 5567654925), (Rännavägen 40 805 95 Gävle), which is the supplier of products provided on the Website.
"Product" means the products sold on the Website and supplied by designbroman.
"Order" means any order from the customer on the site.
"Order confirmation" means when the customer receives an email from designbroman, the customer acknowledges receipt of the order.

Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter into agreements and therefore cannot make purchases on designbroman webshop.
In order to make purchases on designbroman webshop, the person concerned must accept our terms of sale.
The customer makes a purchase by adding products to the shopping cart and then going to the checkout. The customer must also confirm their purchase by pressing the "Finish Purchase" button.
The customer's purchase is binding and repurchases can be made within 14 days, according to the distance and home sales law.
Orders are subject to approval by designbroman and the availability of the ordered product. If the ordered product is not available, designbroman will notify the customer as soon as possible. The customer can then choose to wait for the goods or cancel the purchase. designbroman emails the customer when the desired item is available again. The item will then be automatically sent to the customer.
After the purchase is made, the customer will receive an order confirmation via mail, where designbroman acknowledges receipt of the customer's order. This will constitute a binding agreement between the customer and designbroman.
The order confirmation confirms your purchase at designbroman with a summary of your purchase and the total amount.
The order confirmation includes all details about the product, total including VAT and other charges, delivery date, delivery costs, information about the customer's right to cancel the purchase within the withdrawal period.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Payment is made via Pay / Creditcard or Klarna
The prices stated on the website and in the order confirmation are given with reservation for increased supplier prices, printing errors and incorrect specifications.
The product remains designbroman until full payment is made.
Delivery of products we have in stock - will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
The products that are currently out of stock can be monitored by reporting your email on the product. When the product is back in stock, an email will be sent to you.
Delivery of orders within Sweden is charged with a fixed shipping fee.
The Customer has the right under the Distance and Home Sales Act to cancel his purchase within fourteen (14) working days from the date the customer received the product, the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending the product to designbroman by registered letter.
The price of the purchased product excluding shipping will be refunded by designbroman within 14 days from the date designbroman returned the product.
The item must be in its original condition and returned with the accompanying label and box
If the product is defective or if the product deviates from what is stated on the website or in any way deviates from the customer's expectations based on information from designbroman.
If the Product is defective, the customer has the right to demand repair, a new product or price deduction to correct the error, withhold payment, or, if the error is of great importance to the customer, cancel the purchase.
designbroman is primarily entitled to offer repair or a new product if it can be done within a reasonable time and without any additional costs to the customer.
The customer must make a complaint about the wrong item to designbroman as soon as the error is detected.
The order confirmation must be attached.
The customer must report the error on the designbroman product. This is done within one month of the fault being detected. After three years, customers have lost their right to advertise under the Consumer Purchase Act.
designbroman will only pay the return cost if the product is incorrect or incorrectly delivered.
